The Nebraska Lutheran football team had some second quarter success against the East Butler Tigers with two second quarter touchdowns.
Problem was, the Tigers led 21-0 by the end of the first quarter, following three explosive scoring plays.
Camden Robley caught a 35-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Dalton Bohac to get things started. Then Bohac used his legs to score – first on a 65-yard jaunt and another that started just inside Tiger territory.
By the time Stephen Rundgren caught a 10 yard touchdown strike from Kyle Richert, the Knights were already reeling.
The Tigers scored three second quarter touchdowns: a 1-yard Bohac run, and Bohac passes to Trevor Havlovic for 60 yards, and 18-yards to Camden Robley.
Carter Stara scored on a third quarter 4-yard run. The Knights added two touchdown runs in the fourth quarter to close the gap.
The Tigers rolled up 357 total yards and punted only once. The Knights gained 179 yards on the ground but were limited to 69 yards passing.
East Butler (4-1) hosts Palmer (4-2), which defeated Nebraska Christian 30-6 on Sept. 29.
