Danielle is 9 and lives with her mom and siblings. Unfortunately, she doesn’t get to see her dad very often. Danielle describes herself as someone who is friendly and loves to play. She likes fishing, miniature golf, painting and going for walks. She also loves to read and said she can finish a book in just a couple of days. Danielle would like to learn new activities with a Big Pal. If she had three wishes, Danielle would like to see her dad more often, have her own bedroom and have a lot of money so she could help her mom.
Can you give one or two hours per week to a child who needs you? We have 16 children waiting for someone just like you to be their Big Pal. Please call today — you can make a difference to the children in our community.
Big Pals-Little Pals is a mentoring program that matches adult volunteers with children ages 6-19 from single-parent homes in order to provide them an adult friend and role model. Big Pals-Little Pals is a Columbus Area United Way Agency.
