COLUMBUS — Work will begin next week on changes to the traffic control devices at several downtown intersections.

According to a city press release, the work is expected to take about two weeks. The current traffic flows will remain, but flashing red signals will be replaced with stop signs.

Here are the planned changes:

• 11th Street and 23rd Avenue: Stop signs on 11th Street eastbound and westbound.

• 13th Street and 23rd Avenue: Stop signs on 13th Street eastbound and westbound.

• 13th Street and 25th Avenue: Stop signs on 25th Avenue northbound and southbound.

• 14th Street and 23rd Avenue: Stop sign on 14th Street westbound.

• 14th Street and 25th Avenue: Stop signs on 25th Avenue northbound and southbound.
