Michael Lynn Hadcock, 61, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2017.
A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday, all at the funeral home. Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Hartman Post 84 Honor Guard.
Michael Lynn Hadcock was born Aug. 17, 1956, in Blair to Duane and Mary (Milrons) Hadcock. He grew up in Pilger where he received his elementary education and later attended Wisner-Pilger High. He proudly served in the United States Army in the military police. He was stationed in Korea and served on the DMZ. He later worked at Schuyler Pack and for the Girl Scouts of America in Colorado. He was currently driving the Husker Bus of Columbus. On Feb. 13, 2013, Michael married Christina Page in Texas. They loved the company of each other to the very end. They were the best of friends. He was previously married to Sandy Brandt and Kathy Longwell. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with his family and telling jokes.
He is survived by his wife, Christina Hadcock; children, Nathaniel White, Micheala (Ruben) Sepulveda, Michael (Janet) Hadcock, Katie Hadcock, Kasey Hadcock, Kelsie Martin, Krystal Becker, Kody Becker and Kyle Becker; siblings, Bev (Gary) Kinzer, Bob (Lila) Hadcock, Dennis (Deb) Hadcock, Mary (Terry) Young, Curtis Hadcock and Pam (Marty) Anderson; uncle, Jack Milrons of Texas; along with his grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Julie Hadcock.
