COLUMBUS — Pauline “Polly” Hadcock, 81, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at her home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Columbus. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday and 8-10 a.m. Wednesday at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus. There will be a CDA rosary at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and vigil at 7 p.m. Tuesday, all at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
Pauline M. "Polly" Hadcock was born July 31, 1936, in Richland to Harry and Ailene (Miller) Lewis. She attended Kramer High School. On June 22, 1954, Polly was united in marriage to Myrle Hadcock at St. Bonaventure Church. She worked at NPPD as a document control processor for 20 years. Polly enjoyed going to dances. She was a member of St. Bonaventure Church and the Catholic Daughters of America.
She is survived by her husband, Myrle Hadcock of Columbus; daughter, Linda (Ronald) Stone of Lindsay; sons, Mike (Linda) Hadcock of Mahaska, Kansas, Scott (Holly) Hadcock of Taylor and Greg (Donna) Hadcock of La Vista; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and sisters, Ada Coulter of Columbus and Sally.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ailene Lewis, two brothers and two sisters.
