5:45 p.m. — At 202 E. 24th St., Jessica Lotspeich, 18, 2323 Pershing Road, No. 8, was cited for theft by deception.

May 7

3:35 p.m. — In the 1700 block of 28th Avenue, Kelly Smith, 20, 3114 15th St., was cited for animal at-large.

May 8

11:32 p.m. — In a parking lot in the 3100 block of 51st Street, a vehicle driven by Jordan Wemhoff, 21, 2659 47th Ave., No. 5, struck a parked vehicle owned by Julie Bartholomew, 1616 21st St. Wemhoff was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.

May 12

11:53 p.m. — At 2403 11th St., Cassandra Hamling, 21, 952 30th Ave., No. 9, was cited for disorderly conduct.

May 17

12:14 p.m. — At the intersection of 45th Avenue and 23rd Street, traffic accident. Drivers were Patrick Kelly, 65, 4125 Sunset Drive, and Thomas Kratochvil, 45, 3919 22nd St.

2:57 p.m. — In an alley in the 2900 block of 23rd Street, a vehicle driven by Nancy Filkin, 60, 362 10th Ave., lost control and struck a utility pole.

5:17 p.m. — In a parking lot in the 3300 block of 12th Street, a vehicle driven by Troy Shotkoski, 37, 3160 43rd Ave., struck a parked vehicle owned by Gail Rongish, 1853 18th Ave.

6:25 a.m. — Criminal mischief at 674 Fourth Ave., $650 loss.

7:26 a.m. — Criminal mischief at 108 South Parkway, $25 loss.

7:42 a.m. — Gang activity at 4311 Sunset Lane, $30 loss.

7:55 a.m. — Criminal mischief at 116 South Parkway, $25 loss.

10:50 a.m. — At the Platte County Courthouse, Roxann Moon-Bussey of Norfolk jailed for terroristic threats.

1:45 p.m. — Wanted person at the Platte County Detention Facility, Nelson Navas-Hernandez turned himself in on a Platte County warrant.

9:36 p.m. — Criminal mischief at the intersection of East 29th Avenue and East 25th Street, window damaged, $150 loss.
