COLUMBUS – Paige Sprunk of Monroe and Clayton Rodehorst of Columbus were united in marriage on September 30, 2017, at St. Isidore Catholic Church in Columbus.
Parents of the couple are LeRoy Jr. and Kelly Sprunk of Monroe and Tim and Linda Rodehorst of Columbus. Grandparents of the bride are Leroy Sprunk Sr. and the late Irene Sprunk, Caroline Alms and the late Curtis Alms and Gary Cerny. Grandparents of the groom are Orville Schmit and the late Peggy Schmit, Kathy and Leonard Dicke and the late Don Rodehorst.
Honor attendants were Darryn Werner and Jacob Matteson, both of Lincoln. Bridesmaids were Taylor Sprunk of Omaha, Victoria Sprunk and Audrey Sprunk, both of Monroe, Sam Ebner and Kodee Padilla, both of Columbus. Groomsmen were Merit Rodehorst of Grand Island, Logan Rodehorst of Columbus, Anthony Sprunk of Monroe, Bryce Theilen of Creston, and Casey Gasper of Tekamah. Ushers were Charlie Gocken of Omaha, Cameron Warnke of Lincoln and Nick Preister of Monroe. Flowergirl was Alaina Rodehorst of Grand Island. Ringbearer was Jack Stockdale of Omaha. Personal Attendants were Judi Rodehorst of Grand Island and Tiffany Ohlrich of Columbus.
The couple took a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and has made their home in Monroe. Paige received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from College of Saint Mary in Omaha. She is a Registered Nurse at Columbus Community Hospital. Clayton received an Associate Degree in Welding from Central Community College. He is a welder at Superior Industries and also works on both family farms.
