Chad Settje of Agri-City Insurance has achieved the On Your Side Elite Farm Certification designation from Nationwide, based in Columbus, Ohio.
Elite Farm Certification is the highest level in Nationwide’s On Your Side Farm Certification program. Elite Certification is by invitation only and provides participants with direct access to Nationwide farm insurance leaders and leaders of other agricultural entities. Elite Farm Certified agents have the ears of these top farm and agribusiness decision makers at Nationwide on issues regarding its farm insurance product. They also have an opportunity to interact with leaders of highly respected ag organizations to gain a broader understanding of ag issues.
“We’re excited Chad Settje has attained Elite status,” said R.J. Gall of Agri-City. “We have made a commitment to help protect farmers and ranchers in our area with the highest levels of professionalism and service. Agents who achieve Elite certification are able to take messages, information and ideas back to Nationwide farm insurance leaders. It tells our area farmers we’re committed to ongoing training to be sure we’re positioned to help protect them now and into the future.”
The Elite Farm Certified designation can also help farmers and ranchers recognize agents who have made a continuing commitment to understanding the complex risks faced by the agriculture industry. Only agents who successfully complete the program will be awarded the designation, and agents must uphold annual education and service commitments to retain the Elite Certification.
“Nationwide developed this multi-level certification program to provide additional education and resources to insurance agents who have made a commitment to protecting farms and ranches,” said Dirk Pollitt, agribusiness sales VP. “We’re proud of the agents who complete the program and are excited about the level of service farmers and ranchers can expect from partnering with Elite Farm Certified agents. These agents are the best of the best.”
