Scott Frost is high on Nebraska's wish list.
According to an ESPN report, he's also high on Florida's wish list.
Florida officials are scheduled to meet with Frost's representatives in Orlando this weekend, according to ESPN's Mark Schlabach and Edward Aschoff. The Gators are also linked to Chip Kelly, but Florida feels its chances of landing the former Oregon coach have diminished, according to the report.
Frost led Central Florida to the American Athletic Conference championship game with a 49-42 victory Friday over South Florida. The 15th-ranked Knights are 11-0 this season.
Chances are likely Nebraska will be searching for a new head coach beginning this weekend. The Huskers finished 4-8 following Friday's 56-14 home loss to Iowa.
Head coach Mike Riley is 19-19 in three seasons in Lincoln.
Frost is in his second season with the Knights, who went 0-12 in 2015 prior to his arrival.
UCLA and Tennessee also have openings. The Houston Chronicle reported earlier this week that Texas A&M will fire Kevin Sumlin, which would leave open another high-profile job, and Arkansas let head coach Bret Bielema go on Friday.
