AURORA — Scotus Central Catholic finished third Saturday at the Aurora Invite with three top-10 individual performances.
Kaitlyn Enderlin shot a 92 at Poco Creek Golf Course to lead the Shamrocks and place fourth in the tournament. Scotus finished with a team score of 393.
Aurora’s Danica Badura won the individual title on her home course with a 73 to lead the Huskies to the team title with a score of 366.
Holdrege edged Scotus for second in the team race with a 386 behind second- and third-place finishes from Emily Gustafson (84) and Kennedy Stoltz (89).
Scotus' Makenzie Enderlin shot a 98 to finish seventh and Emily Carstens was ninth, firing an even 100, joining Kaitlyn Enderlin in the top 10.
Hannah Allen shot a 103 to finish 13th for the Shamrocks and Maddie Neville had a 114.
Scotus hosts a triangular with Boone Central/Newman Grove and Lakeview on Thursday at Quail Run Golf Course.
PIERCE — Boone Central/Newman Grove’s Abby Brodersen fired a 92 over 18 holes to finish fourth Saturday at the Pierce Invite.
The Cardinals were sixth in the team standings with a 470.
Pierce defended its home course, winning the team title by shooting a 390.
Paige Peters of Pender/Bancroft-Rosalie shot a 90 and won a three-way tiebreaker to capture the individual title.
Ashley Mewhirter shot a 119 for BC/NG, Maggie Cleveland fired a 121 and Lilly Reel carded a 138 to round out the team score. Lauren Kohtz had a 149 for the Cardinals.
Boone Central comes to Columbus on Thursday for a triangular with Scotus Central Catholic and Lakeview at Quail Run Golf Course.
