Board Member David Hild was absent.Motion was made by Healy, seconded by Flynn to approve the Minutes of August 31, 2018, Board Meeting and dispense with their reading.Motion was made by Healy, seconded by Flynn that the following claims be allowed and warrants be drawn on the City Treasurer for same.
