We have an administrative position opening. Applicant will be responsible for the administration of payroll, benefits, and other accounting and human resource duties Payroll and Benefits Administrator (8:00am – 5:00pm) Duties: • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis to conform with pay rules and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. • Maintain employee benefits elections inside the ADP Workforce Now payroll platform. • Administer the benefits plan for Columbus Hydraulics, including benefits meetings and open enrollments • Assist HR department in performance management • Respond to unemployment, verification of employment and garnishments requests • Other office duties as assigned Qualifications: Educations: Associate’s Degree in Business/Accounting/HR Experience: 2-3 years of Payroll, Benefits Administration, Accounting, and HR preferred Columbus Hydraulics is growing!
