The 2021 Columbus Community Hospital Premier Physical Therapy Athletes of the Year are Blayze
Standley of Columbus High and Reese Janssen of Lakeview High. Standley was a state champion
wrestler, collecting his 150th career win in the 2020 state final. He also won his third straight district
title in his senior season. Standley also was a captain of the Discoverers football team, earning HAC AllConference honors after leading the team in tackles. He plans to wrestle at Fort Hays State University.
Janssen re-wrote the Lakeview volleyball record books, as she owns several school records. In her
senior season, she finished with 999 assists, and also led the Vikings in serving points scored and
aces. Janssen led the girls' basketball team in scoring for a second straight season. And in just her
second year of playing soccer, she became one of Lakeview's top scorers. Janssen will continue her
volleyball career at Nebraska Wesleyan. Congratulations to the 2021 Columbus Community Hospital
