December's balmy conditions came to an end just in time for Christmas. The blanket of fluffy snow that fell  from late Saturday to early Sunday brought a mixture of travel headaches, work and some fun too. Residents and snow removal crews went to work on the sidewalks and driveways while sledders were eager to get to the sledding hill at David City Park.  The forecast called for the temperatures to drop and the wind to pick up on Sunday, with more cold conditions to persist through the week.
