Tabitha Offers Online Community Support Groups

Tabitha, Nebraska’s industry-leading Senior Care provider, is offering a variety of online support groups focused on loss, and a special series relating to grief amid the Coronavirus pandemic.

• “Growing Through Grief Loss of a Spouse” Six-Week Online Support Group, held every Thursday, June 11-July 16, from 12-1:30 p.m.

• “Online Grief Book Club” beginning Thursday, June 18 from 10-11:30 a.m.

• “Growing Through Grief General Loss” Six-Week Online Support Group, held every Thursday, June 25-August 6, from 3:30-5 p.m.

• “Caregiver Eight-Week Online Support Group,” held every Thursday, July 2-August 20, from 2-3 p.m.

Tabitha Hospice is also hosting a special online grief program called, “Grieving in the Age of COVID-19”:

• “The Service is Delayed, Now What?” Online Grief Session, held Monday, June 15 from 2-3:30 p.m.

• “Grieving Together While Staying Apart” Online Grief Session, held Monday, June 29 from 2-3:30 p.m.

• “Where is God?” Online Grief Session, held Monday, July 13 from 2-3:30 p.m.

• “This Complicates Grief” Online Grief Session, held Monday, July 27 from 2-3:30 p.m.

Online support groups are open to anyone in the community experiencing loss or needing support. Your loved one did not have to be with Tabitha. Registration and participation is free. For questions and to register, call 402-486-8546 or visit Tabitha.org/Hospice/Bereavement.

Plants for sale at SCHS

SCHUYLER -- The SCS Greenhouse has plants for sale this spring. The greenhouse has flowering plants, hanging baskets, herbs, vegetables, and succulents available for purchase. Here's how you can shop:

1. Set up a time to shop in person. Email erin.trotter@schuylercommunityschools.org to set up a date and time to browse the greenhouse, while following social distancing guidelines.

2. Browse our plant inventory online and place an order for curbside pickup. A list of plants can be found at www.schuylercommunityschools.org; select SCS greenhouse under the ‘community’ tab.

To place an order, email erin.trotter@schuylercommunityschools.org with your wish list and preferred pick up date. Your order will be gathered to pick up outside the greenhouse.
