Impact Pro Wrestling debuted in David City on April 26th at the Butler County Fairgrounds on April 26.

According to the promotion's website, Impact Pro Wrestling is a family-owned wrestling company founded in 2001. IPW is the longest continuously running wrestling promotion in Iowa entering its 18th year in 2019. 

Impact Pro Wrestling has featured many of the top names in wrestling at their shows including Mick Foley, Edge, Diamond Dallas Page, Jim Ross, Jim Duggan, Scott Steiner, Terry Funk, Road Warrior Animal, Gerry Brisco, Dan Severn, Perry Saturn, Larry Hennig, Baron Von Rashke, Harle Race and the incomparable Danny Hodge .

Some of the matches featured on Friday included Miss Frankie Jay defending her IPW Women's Championship against No. 1 contender Sierra Avery. 

Jeremy Wyatt faced off against James Jeffries in what IPW described as a dream match. It was the first time these two veterans faced each other. Both men have held numerous titles throughout their career.

Niles Plonk wrestled JJ Garrett in a first time matchup between the two wrestlers. Both  have wrestled throughout the country at a very young age in a match considered a battle of contrasting styles.

Tyler Jones faced off against The Big Picture for Big Picture’s IPW heavyweight championship.
