10-year-old Liam needs a Big Pal
Liam is 10 and lives with his mom. Unfortunately, he does not have a dad in his life. Liam would like to be a football player when he grows up. When Liam was asked what kind of Big Pal he would like, he said he would like a Big Pal who likes to fish, bowl and play soccer. He wants a Big Pal to know that he is a good student, likes to play board games and would like to learn how to hunt. If Liam had three wishes he would wish for an unlimited amount of wishes, to be a genius and have lots of money.
Can you give one or two hours per week to a child who needs you? We have 19 children waiting for someone just like you to be their Big Pal. Please call today — you can make a difference to the children in our community.
Big Pals-Little Pals is a mentoring program that matches adult volunteers with children ages 6-19 from single-parent homes in order to provide them an adult friend and role model. Big Pals-Little Pals is a Columbus Area United Way Agency.
