Weekly rosary at St. Bon’s
The Medjugorje (Peace) Rosary is prayed from 5-6 p.m. every Monday at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 1565 18th Ave. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Catholic Daughters to meet
Court Little Flower #988 of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas will meet on Sept. 9 at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Desserts and meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Bring food or other pantry donation for Simon House.
St. Isidore bazaar planned
St. Isidore will hold its bazaar from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sept. 8. The roast beef and sausage dinner will be served from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Prices are $10 for adults, $5 for children 5-12 years, and free for kids four years and under.
The event will also feature all day live entertainment, games, concessions, beer garden, auction at 5 p.m., and raffle drawings.
Auction items will include quilts, vacation packages, autographed Husker items, and dinner with Fr. Joe. There will also be a Quilting Ladies raffle, youth bike raffle and big ticket raffle. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the St. Isidore rectory.
Salad at Immanuel
Immanuel Lutheran Church will host a salad luncheon from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 12 in the Family Life Center, 1470 23rd Ave. Cost is $7 per person, and is open to the public.

Shroud exhibit coming to Tarnov
TARNOV -- The Shroud of Turin Exhibit will be open to the public Sept. 14-15 at St. Michael Church in Tarnov. Presented by the Turin Shroud Center of Colorado in collaboration with Spirit Catholic Radio, the exhibit is a visual display of the power, history and science behind the Shroud of Turin. The exhibit features beautifully-designed panels for viewing. The Tarnov Heritage Museum will also be open to the public from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
KC hosts breakfast
The Knights of Columbus Council 938 will hold a breakfast from 7:30-11:30 a.m. Sept. 15 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 3115 6th St.
The breakfast will include pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and all the trimmings. Cost is $7 for adults and $4 for children, with carry-out available.
All proceeds will support the group’s seminarian.

Participants will learn about the processes, tools, methods, and materials behind the making of The Saint John’s Bible; explore several artworks through guided imagery discussions; handle vellum samples and a quill; and see large fine art reproductions of the seven volumes. Free of charge.
