NORTH BEND — Harlan F. Ladehoff, 78, of North Bend, passed away Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, at Edgewood Vista in Fremont.
He was born Sept. 24, 1939, in rural Dodge County to Rueben and Ella (Wulf) Ladehoff.
He is survived by his wife Lavonne; daughter, Jennifer (Doug) Johnson of Omaha; sons, Fred Ladehoff of North Bend and Jon (Kristi) Ladehoff of Sutton; brothers, Harold (Gayle) Ladehoff of Lincoln, Harvey Ladehoff of North Bend and David (Karen) Ladehoff of Arlington; six grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in North Bend. The Rev. Chris Howell will officiate. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Moser Memorial Chapel in North Bend with the family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Visitation will continue from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Military honors will be conducted at the church by VFW Post 8223, AmVets Post 20 of North Bend and American Legion Post 340 of Morse Bluff. Burial will be at St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery at Pleasant Valley, northwest of North Bend.
