This week we’ll take a look back to last season and check out all the top individual and team scores. All of the scores from last season can be found in the yearbook. The new yearbooks will be coming out soon.
A big thanks goes out to Association Manager Gary Muth and the local USBC Board of Directors for putting together one of the finest yearbooks in the state.
The top women’s team from last season was Gus’s Pro Shop from the Sundowners league. They rolled both the high team game and series from last season with a 1010 and a 2858.
For the men, the top team series was a 3512 by Westbrook Lanes of the All-Star league. The high team game was rolled by Stack-n-Steak of the Centennial league with a 1248.
On the individual side for the ladies, Shayla Long had the high series with a 779. Shawna Woosley had the high game with a 300 and high average with a 208.44. For the men, John Eckholt had the high average with a 234.12. Zach Martensen had the high series with a 825.
As for the men’s high game, there were 22 perfect games rolled last season by 16 different bowlers. Four bowlers had multiple 300 games. Eckholt and Chuck Jensen both tossed three 300 games. Muth and Dave Neemeyer each rolled two perfect games.
Marty Altstadt, Mike Becker, Alden Elm, Steve Getzfred, Joey Irwin, Jeff Johnson, Chris Kurpgeweit, Zach Lesiak, Randy McCullough, Dennis Meyer, Jim Murcek and Tyler Peterson each shot a 300 game.
In the seniors division, Barb Sampson eared the triple crown for the ladies. Sampson had a 179.61 average, 236 high game and a 620 high series. Muth claimed the triple crown for the men with a 225.13 high average, 300 high game and a 810 high series.

In the junior ranks for the girls, Zoi Goebel had the high game with a 256. Madison Henderson had the high series with a 698 and high average with a 192.43.
As for the boys, Carstin Olson earned the triple crown. Olson had a 206.25 average, 290 game and 721 series. Congrats to all the top performers from the 2018-2019 bowling season.
And now for our top bowlers from the past week.
Boulevard Lanes highs went to Dan Borowiak with a 300 and the top series at 730. Amanda Staub led the ladies with a 246 game and 614 series.
Westbrook men were led by Gary Muth rolling the top game at 299 while John Eckholt put together a high series of 772. The ladies had a best 256 game and 619 series from Shawna Woosley.
